The Unity Sparkling 2025 is produced from Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay vines grown at our Brockman Park property in the beautiful Lower Chittering Valley of Western Australia, nestled on the banks of the Brockman River.
Roman Road has a dual passion for its vineyards and its Speckle Park cattle stud. As this Sparkling is a joyous coupling of two grape varieties, it is aptly named after our stud heifer Unity (U9) who received her name as she was born on the day Roman Road’s owners were married in 2023.
Crafted in the traditional French Methode, this Blanc de Blanc is a select blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. The crunchy green apple flavours combine with the yeast complexity to deliver a wine that will leave you wanting more.
